Preparing for 0.15 release
Hi All,
We have 0.15 branch stable from a while now. Anyone has any changes to
commit before we make the release?
One known change we are yet to stabilize is Pankaj's contributions to
docker files. But we need to wet with fellow apache projects and find out
the release mechanics with docker hub. So I suggest we make the release
while working through this, hopefully we will a streamlined docker strategy
by 0.16 release.

Hi Pankaj,
