Replace bower to npm

Hi devs and users,

When building Zeppelin from source, zeppelin web build takes around frive
minutes and almost the time is to download/copy bower dependencies. On the
other hand, if we could remove those dependencies and change them into npm,
we, surprisingly, would reduce our build time.

Can someone/some group help it? I’m willing to test all of features related
to this dependencies and really appreciate your effort.
