DASL support?

Hi developers,
First of all I want to thank you all for this great piece of software!
I've been working on the Jakarta Slide project for a couple of months in the
last year and I wonder if there are any plans to complete the full WebDAV
stack based on Apache httpd/Subversion.
It would be really great to have a subversion-based content repository that
allows full text search capabilities (and WebDAV-based notifications of
content changes).
If DASL-like search capabilities were available it would be easy to build
dynamic web applications on top of a subversion based repository and use it
as a mature content management system.
Thanks for any hints,

Daniel

I don't think anyone's actively working on this, but there would
probably be interest if someone (you?) did -- enough interest that
you'd probably at least get plenty of early testers.

If you work on it, please post plans & design specs here so people can
understand where you're headed and make comments. That could save you
some time.

Best,
-Karl
