Nice work [~jchoelt]! Checking for an existing target is indeed something I should probably add myself!

I guess it should not be very hard to add a {{removeTarget}} to node-xcode. Most of the methods used by {{addTarget}} already have a counterpart and the rest can be inverted pretty easy as its mostly just looking for an uuid and setting it to an empty object.
