[Bug 57128] New: Unable to record jnlp (Java web start) applications

https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=57128

            Bug ID: 57128
Summary: Unable to record jnlp (Java web start) applications
           Product: JMeter
           Version: 2.11
          Hardware: PC
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: HTTP
          Assignee: issues@jmeter.apache.org
          Reporter: naveen_kanuganti@infosys.com

Hi Team,

We are trying to record Java web start applications (.jnlp) , but all data has
been posted as some junk data and for which we are getting response as "Error
500: java.io.EOFException".

Can anyone suggest what is the cause of the error. Is there any possible way to
record this kind of applications.

Thanks
Naveen

Bugzilla is not a support forum.
Please ask on JMeter User Mailing List.

You need to know what network protocol is used by jnlp application and show
some recorded request/response so that you can get some help.
