[CANCEL][VOTE] Release Apache Camel 2.11.0 (take 3)

I change my vote to -1 for the reason Claus and Guillaume mentioned.

I will cut a new release candidate from trunk as soon as all examples are
working, hopefully tomorrow. The following example still doesn't work yet:
