Log:
I'm again changing the status of these unit tests as it was since their inception. I think these are anyway useful in their current form. i.e these are not intended to be depracated. This was also due to recent motivations felt from XML tool vendors integrating the XML Schema 1.1 branch of Xerces.

I apologize if these new changes cause any confusion to the Xerces community.
