Unscheduling from hbase2. This is for an hbck that runs independent of hbase releases (least that is the hope, that hbck has a life of its own. Currently no hbck for hbase2).

> HBASE-18247's addition to hbck is only in branches-1* (1.2+). It did not get into master/branch-2 because of a merge failure. Before 2.0 goes out we should make sure hbck has whatever it needs to deal with the same issue.
