Step 1 : Create new build from latest master and package this

Step 2 : Run cloudstack-setup-databases

[root@centos62mgmt CloudStack-non-OSS-MASTER-183-rhel6.3]# cloudstack-setup-databases cloud:password@localhost --deploy-as=root:password

DB setup failed due to missing db.properties;

Actual result 
------------------

db.properties missing at /etc/cloudstack/management, i can see db.properties.rpmnew and db.properties.rpmsave, in this location.

Workaround
-----------------
Rename db.properties.rpmnew to db.properties
