Re: Returned post for openejb-private@incubator.apache.org

I can understand the alternate approach where others are voted onto the
PPMC but is there a reason an email is not accepted?  I do believe pmcs
can accept emails from non-pmc members, or am I missing something?

I nuked it, unfortunately without proper explanation - just didn't see 
the point in passing through a test message since it was explained here. 
Ordinarily would moderate through any real message.
