Some Stuff about SecureSoap

I discovered that if you do not properly setup your security policies
right, you will not be able to use http through SecureSoap, much less
https. So if this is not rectified then if the SSL stuff is folded into
the main base then we need to document the policies to be set.  I have
made other posts as to the policies that need to be set for Weblogic.
