Review Comment:
   ![medium](https://www.gstatic.com/codereviewagent/medium-priority.svg)

   The variable `flinkConfDir` is defined but not used in the `from` path of the copy task, resulting in a duplicated string literal. Additionally, adding a leading space to `additionalArgs` ensures consistency with other branches.

   ```
       def flinkConfDir = "$flinkDir/2.0/src/test/resources"
       additionalArgs += " --flink-conf-dir=${project.buildDir}/flink-conf"
       doFirst {
         copy {
           from "$flinkConfDir/flink-test-config.yaml"
   ```

   PreCommit Flink Container failed teardown Flink Dataproc cluster timeout, not related to this change. Retriggered anyways

   ## Summary of Changes

   Hello, I'm Gemini Code Assist[^1]! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

   This pull request introduces necessary updates to support Flink 2.0 within the Apache Beam ecosystem. The changes primarily focus on adjusting the Flink job server configuration logic to handle Flink 2.0-specific test resources and updating CI trigger files to ensure correct test execution for cross-version runners.

   ### Highlights

   * **Flink 2.0 Compatibility**: Updated the Flink job server setup to support Flink 2.0 configuration requirements, including dynamic copying and renaming of configuration files.
   * **CI/CD Configuration**: Modified the Flink XVR post-commit trigger file and removed the Samza XVR trigger file to align with current testing requirements.

   Checks are failing. Will not request review until checks are succeeding. If you'd like to override that behavior, comment `assign set of reviewers`
