java/awt/geom/ShapeTest.java is not a test -- it's an abstract class with some utility methods. There's java/awt/geom/ShapeTestCase.java which is the same to ShapeTest.
ShapeTest should be removed from the repository. As far as I remember this action is decribed in another JIRA issue (don't know its number).
