bug in testsuite

Hi!

It seems there is a bug in current version of a testsuite distribution 
(located in pluto-lib-tools-1.0.1-rc1.zip ).
web.xml doesn't correspond to web-app_2_3.dtd.
......
    <servlet>
        
<servlet-class>org.apache.pluto.portalImpl.portlet.test.ExternalAppScopedAttributeTestCompanionServlet</servlet-class>
        <servlet-name>extAppScopedTest</servlet-name>
    </servlet>

<servlet-class> tag should be after <servlet-name>.

<taglib> should be after <security-role>.

Meant to say <taglib> should be before <security-role>
