3.10 Snapshots after 17 July or prc-4?

The last update to the 3.10 snapshots seems to be posted on July 17:

  http://cvs.apache.org/snapshots/spamassassin/

The downloads page in the SA project doesn't list any releases for 3.10 yet:

  http://spamassassin.apache.org/downloads.cgi?update=200506061100

Is there are more appropriate place to check or a pending release candidate
available?

Also, I don't think there's been any commits for a while, so the snapshot may
not be created when there are no changes, I forget the details.

Lots of recent work has been done with the Subversion repository. It
looks like something has broken. I've sent email, hopefully it will be
fixed soon. You can also check out from the Subversion repository
directly for the latest versions. See the wiki for details on how to
accomplish that.
