There is currently no GitHub mirror for the UIMAv3 code. 

There are two ways this could be addressed:
 # Moving the v3 code into a branch under the v2 `branches` folder
 # Adding a second GitHub mirror for the v3 code.

Personally, I believe that I would prefer the first option since effectively v2 and v3 share a common history.
