HELP!! Unable To Log In

All of a sudden no one can log into our repositories! That machine was
just recently booted. What may have not started to cause this to happen?

Consider using NTP, e.g. install OpenNTPD and the clock will be set.

What do the apache logs say?

How about using a client other than Tortoise?

My error. Panic time. Trying to do too many things at once!

CentOS 5.3
Subversion 1.6.3
Apache

Httpd is running.

TortoiseSVN 1.6.3 as client.

When trying to browse a repo, login request (user@DOMAIN.COM with
correct password) just reprompts for login.

Surely you must realize that it's impossible for us to help with a
problem this generic?

What OS? What Subversion transport mechanism (svn:// or apache or
file:// or ...)? What happens when you try to log in?

Your svn service is probably just not started. Or the nanites ate the
section of disk containing your repos.
