FYI: cvs/svn info on jakarta site updated

Hi,

I've recently made some minor tweaks to this page:
  http://jakarta.apache.org/site/cvsindex.html
to improve info related to subversion.

The old page (without stylesheet though) can be found here if anyone is
interested in comparing the two.

If anyone has any objections I'm happy to fix (or at worst, revert) my
change.
