Description:
Reference to ./build/skins/forrest-site/xslt/html/site2xhtml.xsl is invalid.  Should reference  ./src/documentation/build/tmp/context/skins/forrest-site/xslt/html or
./build/tmp/context/skins/forrest-site/xslt/html

Cocoon barfs when trying to build index.html

Setup:
Seed project - forrest seed
Modify       - ./src/documentation/skinconf.xml
               no changes to ./forrest.properties or status.xml
Rebuild      - forrest
Browser refresh - Internal server error - file not found
