Addresses https://github.com/apache/polaris/issues/4017 by expanding test_cli_parsing.py to cover all currently
supported CLI commands and options that were previously untested.

Thanks for the PR @yushesp. I am currently working on the refactor for this CLI testing as the current CLI testing is a bit messy and couple tests are not even correct. Maybe we can work together on this?
