[PMC] [VOTE] Steven Noels as PMC chair

Just to clear some confusion as people have been voting already in [1]:

It looks like Steven is the only candidate remaining for being PMC
chair. To make things easy (and I think this reflects the discussions
in [1]), I suggest voting here:

Cocoon PMC members, do you accept Steven Noels as the new PMC chair?

Here's my +1
(with warm thanks, we don't have too many volunteers ;-)

From [1] we already have the following votes:

   Vadim +1
Andrew Savory +1 (not yet PMC member I think)
   Nicola +1
   Sylvain +1

Votes will be counted next Monday, to give all PMC members a chance to
express their opinion.

-Bertrand

The PMC chairperson is not about being a "leader".
It is just one of those administration things.

Here is mine +1.

Steven is best suited for this position and I'm sure he'll do his best to
push Cocoon forward. Also he is taking an active part in Cocoon's
infrastructure and documentation, which is very important.

I don't say that he has is an absolutely perfect leader though, but I'm sure
he'll be more careful in his emails while being a PMC chair. ;)

According to
   http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?t=105119299500004&r=1&w=2
all twenty voters have given Steven their +1.

(including Andrew Savory which is not yet officially a PMC member
AFAIK).

Congratulations, Steven, looks like you've got the job!
And thanks to Stefano for his contribution to the PMC so far.

Steven, I think your first duty will be to have your election ratified
by the ASF Board ;-)
Please let us know what happens next.
