[PATCH] vhost documentation

Hi,

the attachment includes a reworked Apache manual with the
new virtual host documentation.

As Dean suggested I created a new directory named 'vhosts' and moved the
updated vhosts-in-depth etc. documents into the new directory, renamed
them and updated all other documents which refered to the old docs
(at least I tried to find all documents...).

I wasn't able to to create a usable patch via 'cvs diff', so I made
a diff locally against a checked out version of the current manual.
I think the following files need to be removed manually (they've been
moved to the new directory):

 htdocs/manual/host.html
 htdocs/manual/vhosts-in-depth.html
 htdocs/manual/virtual-host.html

I had a little problem applying the patch -- did you cut&paste the second
half? But after hand-correcting, the outcome was very good. Good structure,
good contents.

I give it a clean +1 for inclusion (provided it patches cleanly).
