Hi Scott,
Great to see you recording the process steps and templates. Very good.
Just one minor nitpicking detail: committerAck.txt maybe better be renamed to
pmcMemberAck.txt, as this is only needed for adding new PMC members, not for
committers. Also note that pmc member removal needs a similar ACK.
