Suppress warnings

I'm getting the following error message when I try to parse a spreadsheet:

[WARNING] Unknown Ptg 3d (61)

This is a known bug; it's in the bug list. The question is, how do I
suppress this warning? It's getting dumped to the console (I assume it's
going to System.err). I can't figure out how to suppress logging generally.
