tapestry bootstrap with grid pagination, ellipsis placement

Using bootstrap, I styled a grid with "table-striped table-bordered
table-condensed table-hover". It looks amazing!

However, I have 20 pages of results, and the pagination ellipsis is not
where it should be. I.e., the pagination control shows page shows
1,2,10,11,12, etc. There should be an ellipsis between 2 and 10. There is
an ellipsis there, but it is on its own line after the pages.

Is this something stupid I did on my end? Is there a workaround?
