Conversational callback sample

For anyone interested, I've checked in a conversational callback  
sample using the standalone runtime and Jeremy's work on the launcher  
component implementation type. Once we have the federation piece in  
place (hopefully shortly), I plan to create a slightly more complex  
version demonstrating distributed wiring.
