Starting a new project

Hello, has anyone been successful in setting up a new Beehive project in
eclipse (i'm using version 3.2M6 with webtools)? I followed a guide from
http://dev2dev.bea.com/blog/gmally/archive/2005/11/beehive_enable.html
but im getting nasty ant compile errors (please see attached ant build
log).
