Live Test for Kubernetes Java Client

Hi All,

As part of the migration process to Kubernetes 0.4.1 release, I have
implemented a Live test which covers most of the cases related to
Kubernetes API (of course we could add more). Current code coverage
according to EclEmma tool is 72.9%.
