Turns out slightly less set up than I thought! :-\  Have replaced
desktop since then, but had missed migrating the browser certificate
for this - bit of digging through old disks later and we finally have
a Windows installer, and a Linux one.

Saw the macOS installer on dist - you OK to kick off the vote on that?

Hi

I put it up there to allow for the notarization process.  It should be done
there, I think I need to run one command when I get home but then I will
kick off a new vote thread for it tonight :)
