   ## Which issue is fixed by this PR? If not related to an existing issue, what does this PR do?
I thought the version of Pygments I was using was sufficiently high to pin our docs to with PR #3357 but I forgot the issue is Python3.7-specific and I'm using Python 3.6, so my version is no indicator of what actually works. Rather than try to figure out when the fix was introduced, this PR will just specify the latest version at the time of this writing.
