It should be possible to concatenate strings using `plus`. Moreover, since plus is not very SQL-native for concatenating strings we should also have a fluent `.concat` function.

```
.select(
        $("customer_id")
                .cast(DataTypes.STRING())
                .plus(" customer event arrived in " + TARGET_TABLE2));
```
