[VOTE] Release Apache APISIX Dashboard 2.7
Hello, Community,
This is a call for the vote to release Apache APISIX Dashboard version 2.7.

1.Download the release file

2.Checksums and signatures:
```sh
$ wget https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/apisix/KEYS
$ wget
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/apisix/apisix-dashboard-2.7/apache-apisix-dashboard-2.7-src.tgz.asc
$ wget
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/apisix/apisix-dashboard-2.7/apache-apisix-dashboard-2.7-src.tgz.sha512
$ shasum -c apache-apisix-dashboard-2.7-src.tgz.sha512
$ gpg --import KEYS
# Input "trust", then input number 5, then input "save"
$ gpg --edit-key "Junxu Chen"
$ gpg --verify apache-apisix-dashboard-2.7-src.tgz.asc
apache-apisix-dashboard-2.7-src.tgz

3. Unzip and Check files
```sh
$ mkdir -p apisix-dashboard && tar zxvf apache-apisix-dashboard-2.7-src.tgz
-C ./apisix-dashboard && cd apisix-dashboard
```
4. Build

I have checked the following items:
1. All the links are valid
2. The signature and the checksum are both right
3. No unexpected binaries
4. Can be built successfully on Ubuntu
5. Launched successfully and manager-api version is 2.7
