Attached the second version which uses docker.

The scripts are copied + simplified + improved version of the original hadoop scripts from the hadoop repository (start-build-env, Dockerfile)

After it's merged it could be asked from the INFRA to setup a new jenkins job with "Pipeline script from SCM" option, and it should work on any node if docker exists.
