[Axis2] Inch by Inch

Team,

Just wanted to share this nugget to get you started on the right foot
next week at the hackathon:

Dave Winer writes [1]"
So when I say "inch by inch" -- that's what I mean. To create a usable
piece of software, you have to fight for every fix, every feature,
every little accomodation that will get one more person up the curve.
There are no shortcuts. Luck is involved, but you don't win by being
lucky, it happens because you fought for every inch.

thanks,
dims

BTW, do we have a list of things that we should concentrate on?

Thanks,

Thanks for the sentiment, dims. :)

Incidentally, re: the hackathon - I would love for us all to be on IRC
(freenode, #apache-axis as usual) as much as possible during this
period. If there are devs who can't make it in person at least they can
remotely participate in the festivities in a slightly more real-time
fashion. If any particularly interesting discussion occurs, logs to
axis-dev as usual. Sound good?
