This PR improves logging by removing adhoc name/namespace information from the logged strings and replaces it with context information from the MDC to apply to all logged lines uniformly.
Example output after the change:
```
flink-operator 2022-03-21 18:08:52,205 o.a.f.k.o.o.JobObserver [INFO ][default/basic-example] Job status successfully updated
flink-operator 2022-03-21 18:08:52,205 o.a.f.k.o.o.JobObserver [DEBUG][default/basic-example] Savepoint not in progress
