m2 is too verbose

Hello,

I've setup my m2 repository using maven-proxy (for ibiblio + 
mojo@codehaus) and http for restricted and private artifacts.

Now when I run maven I get lot's of :
"[WARNING] Unable to get resource from repository ..."

Can I change maven2 logging using settings.xml ?
