    Release Note: I have removed the hadoop-mapreduce-project/hadoop-yarn/hadoop-yarn-common/src/main/resources/webapps/static/jquery/themes-1.8.16 to get ride of the 9.4MB of JQuery themes
          Status: Patch Available  (was: Open)

I have removed the hadoop-mapreduce-project/hadoop-yarn/hadoop-yarn-common/src/main/resources/webapps/static/jquery/themes-1.8.16 

Pleas lock over and test so this patch works it is my first.
