Installing on Websphere 5.1

- Install the cocoon.war using the admin console
- Under the Enterprise Application's Configuration tab, set
Classloader Mode to 'Parent First' and Policy to 'Module'.
- Under the Local Topology tab, select the cocoon.war item and set the Classloader Mode to 'Parent Last'.
