Document valid, but get error on parse

I ran validate on the document against the schema, but I get an error.
Attached is the document and the schema.  Help would be appreciated.

I seem to have figured it out.  I was using an old Document root.

  Right...the error would be helpful

Caused by: org.apache.xmlbeans.XmlException: Element payments is not a valid
order-payment-info document or a valid substitution.
