Black shapes in the background of some rendered pages of some PDFs

Hello,

Rendering the sample PDF (link on google drive below) to images results in
black shapes in the background of some rendered pages as appears in the
sample images (1-4), page 5 is rendered properly (images can be found on
google drive as well).

The images were generated using the latest codebase on the trunk as of
today (2014-11-11 at 11:15 AM GMT).

java -jar pdfbox-app-2.0.0-SNAPSHOT.jar PDFToImage black-pages-sample.pdf
