Hi 

using axis 1.3, my soap message have the type information being sent out
as soapenc:<type > instead of xsd:<type>. This does not happen with 1.1
final that we were on. Has something to be done with the global
configuration parameters for this?

Why do we have this difference (something to do with the jaxrpc
compliance?) can somebody please shed some light on this one?

Any information will be helpful..
