How do I obtain write access to CVS
Hi,
I've fixed 2 memory leaks which were in makeTransService and
initTransService. How do I get write access or submit these changes?

Use the CVS 'diff' tool to create a diff listing and mail it to the list.
Someone with commit access will look at the changes and decide if they are
correct, and if they are, they will commit them.
