Restart If Local Storage is Enabled On An Existing Zone
Shanker Balan created CLOUDSTACK-4733:
-----------------------------------------
Summary: Management Server Needs A Restart If Local Storage is Enabled On An Existing Zone
Key: CLOUDSTACK-4733
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-4733
Project: CloudStack
Issue Type: Improvement
Security Level: Public (Anyone can view this level - this is the default.)
Components: UI
Affects Versions: 4.1.1
Reporter: Shanker Balan
Priority: Minor
Hi,
I enabled Local Storage on an existing zone and waited for the pools to show up. As per suggestion from the mailing list, I restarted the MS servers and the pools indeed get created.
It would be nice if the UI would recommend restarting the MS for the changes to take effect. At this time, it offers no such suggestion.
