Apache SOAP on WebLogic 6.0

I've been using Apache 2.0 forever under weblogic 5.1
but am unable to get past this error under 6.0:

[SOAPException: faultCode=SOAP-ENV:Protocol; msg=HTTP method POST is not supported by this URL

I must have configured things wrong, but I can't see the mistake. Does anyone have
a recipe for WL6.0, or can I have a glimpse at a web.xml for WL6.0 that's using Apache SOAP.
