Not sure what's up there, but the svnwcsub.conf on mino has:

/www/oodt.apache.org: %(CMS)/oodt/content

which also the same as what's in git.

And the svn.a.o url (for me) is showing oodt using CMS as well.

EDIT:

svn.a.o shows CMS, svn-master shows CMS, and svn-eu shows CMS as the source.
