Constants javadoc

I am new to the list.  In fact, I am new to SOAP...  My compliments to the xml-soap developers as I acheived my goal of making a Java client to a .NET web service within a few hours of downloading xml-soap.

While trying to implement my code; I was overwhelmed by the lack of javadocs in some cases.  The problem is probably my ignorance, but in some cases I had to go read the code and then read more info about XML and SOAP.

This may sound stupid, but I put a bit of javadocs in org.apache.soap.Constants.  I have attached the new file in case you are interested in adding my javadocs.  I figure that it may prevent another newbie from wondering what they are looking at.
