Close tabs to the left/right and How to patch Netbeans modules - tutorial

Hi,

Last night I decided to add the actions I've been craving since NB81 to 
the editor tabs, and ended up with a tutorial on how to patch Netbeans 
modules "release-independent" using Maven.
