Redeployed the torque site
I have redeployed the Torque main site to implement the apache torque
branding requirements, http://www.apache.org/foundation/marks/pmcs.html.
Unfortunately, some problems still exist. E.G, the link to the village
3.3.1 downloads do not work, and I just noticed a mail to the users list
noticing missing dtd files.
I will fix the dtd files, Thomas V, do you have time to look into the
village download links ?

I just looked through the changes you made and I noticed that the URL is
pointing to maven central.
I would be more comfortable if the artifacts would be located in apache
infrastructure. I'll put them into www.apache.org/dist and modify the site
accordingly.

The binary downloads work just fine for me, only the source jar file
names contain a typo. I'll fix this in SVN, would you deploy the site again?
