The search capability on the Impala documentation site
Occasionally, I get a question about the missing search functionality in
ASF docs, including Impala.
Does anyone have any comment if it is worth our time to add the site search
functionality? And if so, any recommendation on tools that we can use to
quickly add the search to the site?
Or is it sufficient to rely on external search engines to guide users to
the doc site?

We could add a search box that links to an external search engine, e.g.
like so:
https://duckduckgo.com/?q=site%3Aimpala.apache.org+inurl%3Adocs+random+replica&ia=web
Would this help? I don't know much about our dita doc generator, there
might be much easier ways that I'm not aware of.
