- Remove all manual archives (we will use Git versioning and branching instead)
- Modify site generation to only build the current branch's version
- Only generate and publish JavaDoc if we are on the master branch (to make sure only the latest version is published, not older versions)
- All this cleanup will also have to be done in other branches, once this PR is approved.
